VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A Terre Haute man has been sentence to 55 years in prison for shooting and killing a homeless man.

49-year-old Clarence Bell Jr. was convicted by a jury of killing 37-year-old Raymond Rose in September 2018, because he allegedly scratched Bell’s classic car.

Apparently the two had confrontations in the past.

The defense had asked for a lesser sentence due to Bell’s poor health and leg amputation.
