SPENCER-Shayna Noelle Conner of Owen County passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at her residence. She was born July 24, 2001 in Clinton, Indiana to Tiffany Byrd Doane and Bryan Conner .
Shayna was a vibrant soul, a free spirit, who’s dreams never failed to be as big as the sky. She was always seeking adventure and hoped to travel and discover new and exciting places all over the world. Shayna was a lover of all music. She was a creative artist. She painted, not only canvas but the world around her. She brought color into the lives of friends, family, and even strangers. And her creative interests did not end there. She liked to crochet, weaving ordinary threads into something that would keep her loved ones safe and warm. She liked to garden, and watching her efforts grow into something beautiful.
Her best friend and companion was her dog Hamilton. She had a love for all animals, and it was because of that love she became very passionate about her choice of being a vegetarian most of her life.
Shayna attended Riverton Parke High School, where she was on the cheerleading and track team. She loved god, prayed and would meditate daily.
To say she will be missed, would be a substantial understatement. There is a very important piece of our lives missing now, and it is because of our love for her, that we will try to mend what is broken and live a life she would be proud to observe from her seat in heaven. Shayna, we love you and we will miss you forever. Please watch over us and guide us through our healing, so that we may learn to live and love fully again.
Shayna is survived by her loving parents Tiffany Doane and Bryan Conner; her siblings; Gabriel Hatcher and Lainey Bullington, grandparents; Kathy and Jeffrey Rabourn, Sheila Urbain, Gary and Deborah Conner, as well her beloved dog, Hamilton, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
