Terre Haute, In. – A Terre Haute police officer has been placed on administrative leave following a complaint.  Not much is known yet, as Police Chief Sean Keen referred us to Indiana State Police for information. They’ve taken over the investigation into a complaint filed against Patrolman Trevor Singer. Keen would say only that the complaint alleges inappropriate or criminal conduct while Singer was off duty. He would not comment on the subject of the complaint. So far, no formal charges filed by the Vigo County prosecutor.
