Parke County, In. – Saturday Parke County Deputies along with Parke County EMS, Marshall Fire and Bloomingdale Fire responded to a single vehicle accident on US 41 North near the Sugar Mill Creek Bridge north of State Road 47. Dean
Eastman, age 63 of Bradley Illinois, was south bound on US 41 on a 1995 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he ran off of the roadway and lost control in loose gravel on the shoulder.  Eastman was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered a severe head injury. He was flown to a hospital in Indianapolis for treatment. He was not wearing a helmet.
