BRIDGETON-Mille Nordhagen, 85 of Bridgeton, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute. Millie served as a Legal Secretary for Merrill Thompson and followed his practice from Chicago, Illinois to Bridgeton, Indiana.

She was born January 8,1938 in Bridgeton, New Jersey to the late George Sigars and Clara Loew Sigars.

She leaves behind her “special” family, Jennifer and Dennis Benskin of Marengo, Don and Lynn Payne, Tony and Bobbie Stedman of Bridgeton; several nieces and nephews. Other friends and extended family will remember her as a Lover of Nature and of all her special cats, especially Sadie Rose.

She was a member of the Bridgeton Methodist Church. She is now in the arms of her Jesus and meeting with her sweet sister, Dorothy.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 at Clear Run Cemetery in Bridgeton with Pastor Linda Smock officiating. Burial will follow.
