CLAY COUNTY, Ind – On Tuesday (12/10/19) evening around 6:15 p.m., Indiana State Police stopped the driver of a car for a defective headlight.

Police say that the driver 54-year-old Angel D. Estremera Jr., of Terre Haute, is a habitual traffic violator. Estremera was arrested and taken to the Clay County Jail.
