Over 100 Year Old Terre Haute Business Closed

TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A longtime Terre Haute business is closed and some of its property has been auctioned off in a tax sale.

Woodburn Graphics located at the corner of Sixth and Ohio streets, has been in business since 1902.

The company closed its doors at the end of December.

The downtown business property is listed for sale for $1.2 million.

There are nearly $90,000 in past due taxes owed on two parcels.

One piece has been sold at tax sale while the other has not.

Another tax sale is set for April.

The current owners have one year to pay or they will lose the property.

According to the Trib-Star First Financial Bank has file court papers to foreclose on the properties.
