Terre Haute, In. – As you head into 12 Points on Lafayette Avenue a new arch over the street welcomes you.  The Welcoming Arch was erected Monday morning and is the result of the 12 Points Revitalization Inc. fundraising campaign for streetscape improvements whicht included the gateway arch. The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority provided a $50,000 match.

The arch was made by Ryan Orman of Orman’s Welding and Fabrication, Inc.
