In. – Terre Haute Code enforcement are patrolling the city looking for animals out in the dangerous cold.  If you see an animal that is in distress don’t call 911.  Call the Terre Haute Police Department direct at 812-238-1661.  A reminder that pet owner can be fined if their animals are mistreated.  Remember if you don’t want to be out in these cold conditions neither do your pets.
