ROSEDALE- Patti Lu Watson, 66, of Rosedale, Indiana passed away Monday, October 2, 2023, at her residence. She retired from Walmart in Clinton after 15 years of service. She was born July 20, 1957, in San Francisco, California to the late Everett Allen and Ina Kate Harris Allen.

She is survived by two sons, Aaron (Ashley) Watson of Noblesville and Trevor Watson of Sullivan; the father of her children and friend Michael Watson of Farmersburg; two brothers, Everett (Linda) Allen of North Carolina and Ronald (Sallie) Allen of Nicholasville, Kentucky; one sister, Roberta Allen of Terre Haute; three grandchildren, Owen, Everett, and Isaac Watson; three nephews.

She was a 1975 graduate of Rosedale High School and a graduate of Indiana Business College. She was an active volunteer with the Parke-Vermillion Human Shelter. She enjoyed reading and gardening. She loved being a Mimi and loved her dogs.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 6, at Cottrell-Gooch Funeral Home, 281 N Main Street, Rosedale, with Pastor Randy McPike officiating. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Friday at Cottrell-Gooch Funeral Home.
