Police in Terre Haute say 30-year-old Nikki Canulli was spotted leaving the scene of a fire that broke out on Saturday in the area of 2000 N 19th Street. He was charged with one count of arson and burglary in relation to that case.

Later that day, he was charged with another count of burglary and three additional counts of arson in relation to a different fire that damaged three homes in the 2100 block of North 20th Street.
